1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and pvl.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pvl.ph website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services.

3 Account Registration

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pvl.ph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of pvl.ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pvl.ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pvl.ph content without prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pvl.ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Responsible Gaming

In the event of a dispute between you and pvl.ph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

pvl.ph operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by pvl.ph may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
